Frequently asked questions
Honest answers about quotes, repairs, materials and working with us. Where a detail depends on your job, we say how to find out rather than guess.
Getting a quote
Use Get a quote for new work, Send a repair photo for repairs, or Contractor enquiry for commercial projects. You can also call or message us. We keep the first form short, name, phone, what you need and where, and ask for detail only when it is relevant.
We would rather confirm this with you directly than state a policy we have not verified here. Ask when you enquire and we will be clear about any visit or survey arrangement before we come.
No, and we would be wary of anyone who gives you a firm price for made-to-measure glass and aluminium without seeing the job. Our planners build an accurate brief so we can quote the right thing; the price comes after we understand the work.
A rough width and height is enough to start. Final dimensions are always verified on site before anything is made, see how to measure an opening.
Repairs
You send a photo of the problem through the repairs hub and describe the symptom. We reply with the most likely cause and a sensible next step, then confirm on site. A photo is an assessment aid, not a guaranteed remote diagnosis, some faults only reveal themselves in person.
Both, as separate services. Repairs and maintenance are a first-class part of what we do, stuck sliders, dropped doors, broken and foggy glass, worn seals and tracks, and railing, shower, partition and screen repairs.
Keep people and pets clear, do not handle shards, and treat any broken safety barrier (balustrade, pool fence, shower) as out of use until it is replaced. Then send us a photo and flag the safety situation so we prioritise correctly.
If the frame and glass are sound and the fault is hardware, seals or alignment, repair is normally far cheaper. When the frame has failed, replacement can be better value, we tell you honestly which case you are in. See repair or replace?
Products & materials
Yes, windows, doors, enclosures, partitions, balustrades, screens and more are made to your openings rather than picked from stock sizes, which gives a cleaner fit and finish.
It depends on the job, clear, tinted, laminated or toughened safety glass, and sealed double-glazed units where insulation matters. Safety-critical items like balustrades, shower screens and pool fences use appropriate safety glass. We specify per application rather than applying one glass everywhere.
Yes. A single powder-coat colour or anodised finish can run across windows, doors, railings and gates for a consistent look.
We match the system to the job. We are not listing specific brands here until we can state exactly what applies to your project, so you can rely on what we tell you being accurate for your work.
Working with us
We are based at Warehouse 246, Al Sajaa, Sharjah. We serve Sharjah and the wider UAE; tell us your location when you enquire and we will confirm coverage for your specific job.
Yes. For commercial and architectural work, curtain walls, façades, partitions, use the contractor enquiry route and attach drawings, a BOQ or specification and your programme, and we will route it to the right technical contact.
Our team brings over a decade of combined experience in glass and aluminium. (That is team experience, not a company age.)
Three journeys: new installations, repairs and maintenance, and commercial or architectural glazing. Each has its own path on the site so the right work gets the right attention.
