Aluminium façade & curtain wall

The glazed skin of a building. Aluminium curtain-wall and façade systems carry large areas of glass across an elevation, bringing in daylight and giving the building its face, engineered to suit the structure and the exposure.

Is this for you?

  • You are building or refurbishing a commercial or residential elevation and need a glazed façade.
  • You want large, consistent areas of glass across several floors or bays.
  • You are a contractor or consultant looking for a façade partner from drawings to install.

Options & configurations

Stick curtain wall

Transoms and mullions assembled on site, flexible for varied elevations.

Capped & structurally-glazed looks

Expressed grids or flush glass lines to suit the architecture.

Window & door integration

Vents, entrances and spandrel panels built into the façade grid.

Glass & finish options

Solar-control, tinted or laminated glass and powder-coat or anodised finishes, specified per elevation.

Designed around the building

A façade is engineered to the structure, the spans and the exposure, not picked from a shelf. We work from the drawings and site conditions to suit the grid, the glass and the fixings to the job, and confirm anything structural or safety-related on site.

Built for UAE conditions

Heat movement, sun load and wind-driven rain all matter on an elevation. Glass is chosen for solar control where it helps, gaskets and drainage are detailed to keep weather out, and finishes are selected to last in a coastal, high-UV climate.

What affects the cost

We don't publish invented prices. These are the honest factors that shape a made-to-measure quote:

Elevation size & complexityTotal glazed area, number of bays and floor heights set the base scope.
System & glass specCapped vs structurally-glazed looks and solar or laminated glass affect cost.
Access & programmeHeight, access equipment and the construction programme influence installation.
FinishSpecial powder-coat colours and anodising affect price and lead time.

Frequently asked questions

Curtain wall is the most common way to build a glazed façade: a non-load-bearing aluminium grid hung in front of the structure, carrying glass and infill panels. We use "façade" for the overall elevation and "curtain wall" for the system that forms it.

Yes. We work with contractors and consultants from architectural drawings, confirm sizes and fixings on site, and supply, fabricate and install the system.

Glass is chosen per elevation, solar-control, tinted or laminated as the exposure and safety requirements call for. We advise on the options rather than applying one glass to every face.
